  • Average shipping time to United Kingdom  : 4-7 days
  • Average shipping time to United States   : 6-9 days
  • Average shipping time to Everywhere Else : 6-9 days

SECTION 2 - PAYMENTS

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 
  • We accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. 

SECTION 3 - RETURNS & REFUND

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund / free replacement.
  • Timing: we have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email huemabe@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's original payment method shortly after. 

SECTION 4 - ORDERS

How do I purchase your products online?

  1. Select from the menu to start browsing our products.
  2. Once you have selected the item – click "Add to Cart" button to add in your shopping cart and continue shopping or click "Buy it now" button to proceed with checkout / payment.
  3. Review your items by clicking "Cart" on top of the webpage.
  4. Click "Checkout" button to proceed with payment.

What if I have received a wrong item?

  • Don’t panic! Please contact huemabe@gmail.com and we shall provide further assistance.  

Can I cancel the orders after purchase? 

  • Customers could request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase. Please kindly let us know via email : huemabe@gamil.com

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout? 

  • We only accept one promo code per order transaction.

  • We will provide the tracking number and tracking link to customer in the confirmation email, please kindly check after your purchase.
